Colophon

A study, not a shop.

The Crystal Atlas began as a private notebook. Every stone we touched seemed to arrive with two contradictory literatures attached - a spiritual one that felt inherited and alive, and a scientific one that felt precise but bloodless. Neither, alone, was enough.

So we started writing entries twice. Once for the mineralogy - the formula, the lattice, the mechanism behind the color. Once for the tradition - where the stone has been placed, how it has been held, what centuries of practice have said about it.

We are not asking you to believe anything. We are asking you to look carefully. That is all a stone has ever really asked, either.
