Traditions that outlasted their centuries.
For as long as people have carried stones, they have written about them. The Crystal Atlas inherits that lineage - from Theophrastus to modern lithotherapy - without treating it as folklore. The metaphysical reading records how each crystal has been held, placed, and worked with, across cultures and centuries.

The Scientific Reading
What the lattice actually does.
Each entry is co-written with mineralogy: crystal system, chemical formula, hardness, refractive index, and the specific mechanism that produces color, luster, or flash. Where the science contradicts a popular claim, we say so - plainly, and with citations.
