I. The Metaphysical Reading
How the stone has been held.
Sanskrit for 'pearl of the fire spirit,' agni manitite is held as a stone of ignited will. Traditional use frames it as a catalyst for creative fire and self-authority - a companion for those beginning again after long dormancy. Its warmth is spoken of as the sun stored in stone.

II. The Scientific Reading
What the lattice actually does.
Agni manitite is a natural silica glass sold within the tektite family, though its precise origin remains debated among researchers - extraterrestrial impact melt, volcanic obsidian, and lightning-fused silica have all been proposed. Chemically it resembles Indochinite tektites, with high SiO₂ and low water content that distinguish true tektite glass from ordinary volcanic obsidian.
